Rollator arrived three days ahead of schedule, was very easy to assemble (wrench included) (actually, no assembly required other than installation of optional back rest), and performed well.
My uncle had difficulty with other rollators, but had great results with this one. The extra weight and precision construction was just what he needed. His ataxia overwhelmed lighter and more wobbly rollators and walkers. He all but wept with gratitude after the first few minutes with the Dolomite Soprano.
Customer service was outstanding, too. A live person took my call and changed the shipping address on request.
I was nervous about such a large investment sight unseen, but it could not have worked out any better.

The Rollator is everything promised. It will be fine for our country walking paths. It will help problem with balance in the garden, and even has a nice basket for garden produce. I'm pleased.

Soprano sings..

Cadillac walker!!! 10" wheels make bumps nearly nonexistent, very smooth and talk about substantial, wow. I'm a big fellow and this baby doesn't flinch. Beautifully designed. I'm thinking about dropping a small block Chevy in it... See you at the strip!

Dolimite Suprano Rollator/D12030

I have used the Dolomite Melody Rollator for five years and it has been very reliable and functional. The Dolomite Soprano Rollator arrived in good shape and I fully expect it be just as good. While they are different models, there seems to one improvement that's very important to this writer. The Soprano picks far fewer small particles on the wheels and that will save a lot of work. I believe this is due a different type of wheel material. One problem however, the removable basket was apparently for another model. Because the width was too narrow and the length too long and Basket would not fit. I'm certain Wendy"s will correct this problem.

The 10" wheels are great for getting around inside and outside. The new break design is great. So was your service. I would of course come back to you for other products you handle.
