Catastrophic Failure July 26, 2017 Reviewer: Tim Harris from BATON ROUGE, LA United States   I must warn you about this product. I bought it for my father in law but after less than a week the left front leg folded and the unit collapsed causing him to fall, cutting his arm. We sent pictures and answered many questions from Wendy's and Karman about his weight (180#s) and what he was doing (walking).  Today we heard they would not honor any warranty as he must have been over the weight limit of 250#s or he was scooting in it while sitting. There are no warning labels about the weight limit nor any warning about the hazards of "scooting" in this 4 wheel chair.  An obvious but apparently hazardous use. I recognize this behavior. They insist this could never happen despite the evidence to the contrary.  There was obviously a defect that injured a patient but it is much easier to blame the customer than to fix the problem. They are in denial and refuse to honor their warranty. Was this review helpful to you?

Great company September 5, 2013 Reviewer: Carol from Durham , NC United States   After doing a lot of research on walkers for tall men, I called Wendy's Walkers and talked to them. The walker arrived in a timely manner and was easy to assemble. It's the perfect size for my husband. The 8 inch wheels make a difference and are smoother than the 6 inch wheels on the walker we had borrowed. Was this review helpful to you?

Tall and Lightweight Rollator! October 25, 2012 Reviewer: Diane Luther Baxter from Rumford, RI United States   I love how lightweight this rollator is.  I am able to pick it up easily and put it into the trunk of my car so I can use it wherever I go. I am a tall woman and I also love that the handbars can be raised high enough so that I can walk with straight posture.  No more hunched over walking for me!! The one thing that I find difficult is squeezing the brakes.  I do find that it takes more pressure than I can apply to bring the rollator to a stop when on a decline and I am a strong woman.  I go extra slow and carefully when going downhill.  The directions don't have any information about how the brake tension can be adjusted.   This rollator helps me to continue to be independent and go where I want to go! Karman Rollator Lightweight with 8" Wheels and Bas January 18, 2012 Reviewer: Michael Schmitz from Roland, AR United States   Easy to steer.  Provides great support.  Tall enough and sturdy enough for me at 6'4" 220 lb and still light weight.  Easy to fold.  Had one tiny but essential part that had fallen off that I was able to fix myself with epoxy.  I found it rolling around in the bottom of the shipping box.
