"The walker(Dolomite Jazz) arrived, and we're very happy with it. The main reason we chose it was the fact that the rear wheels are well behind the handles, instead of right under the handles like Dad's previous walker. He feels more stable now. Plus, the handle grips have a softer, more "grippy" feel - he has used several walkers, including a Dolomite forearm-support walker after his hand surgery - Dolomite definitely is the best quality in walkers. My wife loves her Dolomite Rollator. We however do not trust airline baggage handlers. For that reason we purchased a back support strap with all necessary hardware including the plastic ends to put in our suitcase. Then if the strap is damaged due to gate check of the Rollator, we will have a quick fix upon arriving at our destination."

I ordered the rollator walker for my Aunt (Dolores) last Friday and it was delivered to her retirement complex central receiving on Wednesday. On Thursday morning it was brought over to her and she is thrilled. It is perfect. The website says the item would ship in 1 - 2 business days and it basically shipped the next business day - with delivery 2 days later!! I’m not used to getting honest advice these days. When I spoke to you on the phone and asked some questions about my mother’s requirements for a rollator with a seat and wheels you helped me find exactly the right one. It wasn’t as expensive as I may have picked out myself. But this one fits her needs and size perfectly. It was obvious that you wanted us to purchase the right item for my mother and not just the most expensive. You were so helpful to me that I am sending this testimonial to for you to share with others. Here is my story…I ordered a wheelchair from another online company. After several weeks (!!!) it did not come, even though they said it would be delivered the week that I ordered it. By mistake, I called you to ask where my order was but I was very nicely told that I actually did not order from you and I should check again where I placed my order and call them to check on delivery status. I was very upset because I really needed a wheelchair. You were so compassionate even though I wasn’t even a customer. When I called the other company it turns out my original order was not in stock and I would have to wait another few weeks to get it AND THE OTHER COMPANY NEVER EVEN CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS!!! An hour later, YOU called ME to to ask if I found out about my missing wheelchair and when I would be getting delivery from the other company. By then you had checked your warehouses and told me that you could send out the same wheelchair I ordered from the other company that same day if the other company did not have it in stock. Needless to say I cancelled the first long overdue order and ordered from you. I got my wheelchair from you in three days! And the price was even lower!!! I want to recommend you to anyone else who is looking for a reliable provider. I can’t thank you enough!

My wife’s combo rollator/wheelchair came last week and it is perfect. I am glad we ordered this because we can now go shopping together and she walks as much as she wants and then she sits down and I can push her when she wants to “take a load off”. My name is Annette J. I recently purchased two rollators from you for my elderly parents (Symphony and Melody).
My parents are 84 years old and my dad is recovering from a fall that resulted in a hip break/surgery last November. He has recovered very well and now uses his Melody walker and does fantastic with it!
