How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  All orders over $50.00 are shipped Free  in the continental 48 states Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service 888-Wendy4U or E-Mail:

within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Return policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchases made here. If something is not right when you receive your order, please let us know right away. If it arrived damaged, mark the delivery receipt "damaged" and call us right away. If it was sent incorrectly we will make the exchange at no cost to you. With the exception of the non-returnable items*, you can return most non-custom order items for any other reason within 30 days (Dolomite 10 days) of receipt for a full refund minus a restocking fee of 25%. The return must be unused and in new condition with all original packaging material intact including the serial number or UPC. You pay the return shipping costs. Please report any errors or damages to Wendy's Walkers return department within 2 days of receiving the item.

When returning an item: You need a Return Authorization Number from us.

Email: [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number (RA). Without this number we will not accept the return. The item must be sent back within 10 days. We will credit your purchase once the product is received and it is in new condition.


Following health and safety guidelines:

For any disposable product return, please be aware that we can only accept UNOPENED CASES and you are responsible for the shipping cost.

 

*No returns on: bath safety equipment, benches, transfer chairs, reusable washable products, open cases of incontinence supplies, wheelchair cushions, light weight wheelchairs ,transport wheelchairs, lift chairs, motorized wheelchairs, electric scooters. If a lift chair, motorized wheelchair or electric scooter arrives damaged in any way the manufacturer will send a repair person to fix the problem or exchange it at their discretion.

Order cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please do it immediately. We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping. If you cancel the order before it ships there will be no fee. If the order has already shipped you will be responsible for both the shipping cost to you and back and the order will be handled as a return (see above policy).

Website Errors:

Terms: For all prices, pictures and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, shipping times, product discontinuation or typographical errors on website and advertisements. Despite all our efforts, we make no guarantee that all information about a product is completely accurate or complete. We reserve the right to correct errors and update our website at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If we have to cancel an order due to changing information you will be issued a full refund to the original pay type.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
