Great Product, Delivery Slow July 7, 2021 Reviewer: Himanshu Mehta from Allen, TX United States   Purchase was simple thru the website.  Product is excellent and met the expectation.   We were given initial delivery date by Friday, but product did not arrive until late Monday.  I use this webstore due to their fast delivery, but it failed my expectations. <br /><br /><br /><b>WENDY'S WALKERS RESPONSE:</b> You placed this order late in the evening on Tuesday, June 29th. The product arrived Monday before noon on July 5th. In ideal conditions, FedEx would have been able to deliver the product on Friday, but due to the current delayed nature of shipping, it took a bit longer. Hugo Navigator Rollator & Transport Chair in Blue July 4, 2021 Reviewer: Michael Fox from Escondido, CA United States   First of all, its Blue and has a unique design that stands out from other rollators.  It is both a walker and a seat, that is very comfortable to sit on and it is easy to maneuver because of the larger wheels.  My husband appreciates the transport feature for when I am too weak to walk we can still get out of the house.  Thank you. Great idea February 20, 2021 Reviewer: Randall Schamberger from Niceville, FL United States   Well thought out combination Walker/wheelchair. Easy to assemble.  Collapsible seat makes it easy to get through narrow doorways, but still provides stability.  Only short coming is that the wheelchair leg extensions were very tight both for rotation and extension.  Hesitate to lubricate within grease or WD-40.  Buttons are hard to depress to extend or rotate the leg extensions, unlike the  video demo. What we were looking for February 11, 2021 Reviewer: Cynthia C. from West Linn, OR United States   The Hugo Navigator is a very sturdy device that will let my mom get out and about so much more.  It's a stable walker with easy braking system and a comfortable seat for resting.  It easily flips to a transport chair.  The seat is wide and well padded for comfort.  Foot rests move into place with a push button that takes a little strength to operate but it's doable.  Folds up easily and fits into my sedan trunk perfectly.  We're very impressed and thrilled to have found the Navigator.  Ordering was easy,  delivery on time.  A very good experience all around.
