This Lumex Alternating Pressure Mattress replaces the regular mattress with an intelligent, alternating pressure relief support surface that uses a proprietary auto-adjusting technology, used to automatically configure air pressure based on patient weight, relieving caregivers of any manual setup and assuring maximum comfort for the patient. This mattress is suitable for use in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers or bed sores, with four therapy settings. The quilted nylon cover is vapor permeable and fluid resistant. The weight capacity of this mattress is 400 pounds.
