We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchases
made here. If something is not right
when you receive your order, please let us know right away. If it arrived
damaged, mark the delivery receipt "damaged" and call us right away. If it was
sent incorrectly we will make the exchange at no cost to you. With the
exception of the non-returnable items*, you can return most non-custom order
items for any other reason within 30 days (Dolomite rollators: 10 days and a restocking charge of up to 30%) of receipt for a full refund minus a
restocking fee of up to 25%. The return must be unused and in new condition with all
original packaging material intact including the serial number or UPC. You pay the
return shipping costs. All expedited shipping cost are non-refundable. Please report any errors or damages to Wendy's Walkers
return department within 2 days of receiving the item.
When returning an item: You need a Return Authorization Number from us.

return. The item must be sent back within 10 days. We will credit your purchase once the product is received and it is in new condition.

For any disposable product return, please be aware that we
can only accept UNOPENED CASES and you are responsible for the shipping cost.
*No returns on: CBD's, bathroom safety equipment, benches, transfer chairs, commodes, reusable washable products, open
cases of incontinence supplies, wheelchair cushions, PVC chairs, slings for lifts, respiratory products, Alternating pressure mattress, Mattress, light weight wheelchairs
,transport wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs, Dolomite Alpha basic and advance, Trionic Walker, Beds, mattress, lift chairs, motorized wheelchairs, Clinical Care Recliner, electric scooters, replacement parts, batteries, battery chargers. If
a lift chairs, motorized wheelchair or electric scooter arrives damaged in any
way the manufacturer will send a repair person to fix the problem or exchange
it at their discretion.
If you need to cancel an order, please do it immediately. We
will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping. If you cancel the
order before it ships there will be no fee. If the order has already shipped
you will be responsible for both the shipping cost to you and back and the
order will be handled as a return (see above policy).
Terms: For all prices, pictures and products, we reserve the
right to make adjustments due to errors, shipping times, product
discontinuation or typographical errors on website and advertisements. Despite
all our efforts, we make no guarantee that all information about a product is
completely accurate or complete. We reserve the right to correct errors and
update our website at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or
cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If we have to cancel an order due to changing information you
will be issued a full refund to the original pay type.
