Hugo Navigator July 5, 2023 Reviewer: Kevin Pancake from Frankfort, OH United States   After being frustrated by the whole Hugo/Drive customer support process of obtaining info and purchasing, I was referred to Wendy's Walkers. After looking at reviews and the experiences of their customers, I called and spoke with a very nice, helpful gentleman. That sealed the deal and I ordered the device online. The device was received in good shape, and it was exactly as I was told it would be. The final price was slightly higher than what it is advertised on the Hugo site(but then, you can't order from Hugo for the published price) but with shipping and superb customer service, it was still an excellent deal! Necessary aid with stamina reducing November 9, 2022 Reviewer: Kathryn from Wisconsin   Due to Parkinson’s Disease, my strength for walking very far is limited. With this rollator/ transport chair, I am able to be independent with walking until I need to use the chair. I feel better by doing as much as I can by myself. It arrived even sooner than expected. hugo navigator 2in 1 March 29, 2022 Reviewer: crystal podoski from Oconto Falls, WI United States   I am very happy with the product and would recommend the navigator to others. . I am not trying to be over critical  but one of the swinging foot rest is harder to move around to position then the other, Not a big thing but if others are finding the same problem then its an issue.  The major complaint I have is shipping, I didn't see  a tracking email so I called and the product wasn't even shipped and that was 5 days after the order was confirmed in an email. It came 5 days  after the phone conversation. it came well packed and easy to assemble. Was this review helpful to you?

Wendy's Delivers!! Great Product, Delivery Slow July 7, 2021 Reviewer: Himanshu Mehta from Allen, TX United States   Purchase was simple thru the website.  Product is excellent and met the expectation.   We were given initial delivery date by Friday, but product did not arrive until late Monday.  I use this webstore due to their fast delivery, but it failed my expectations. <br /><br /><br /><b>WENDY'S WALKERS RESPONSE:</b> You placed this order late in the evening on Tuesday, June 29th. The product arrived Monday before noon on July 5th. In ideal conditions, FedEx would have been able to deliver the product on Friday, but due to the current delayed nature of shipping, it took a bit longer.
