When the order was received at our home, it was the wrong basket. We contacted the office and a new basket was shipped out immediately and we are now sending the first one back. I dealt with Barry on the phone who was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding and dealt with the problem right away. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in my obtaining a new basket for my scooter.
