Arrived in good order, box not damaged,
the lock mechanism  is okay but there is
no way to prop up rollator against the wall to get it to take up less space such as in a
restaurant, public space, doctors office  exam rooms, etc.

My son is very happy with the quality of the walker. It has given him more freedom.

FedEx on the other hand delivered a box with a hole in it.
Delivered late . We were just glad the walker was not damaged.

The walker is great!

My husband loves his new Nova Zoom.  He's a tall man and it fits him perfectly.  It does seem to shake a little left to right.

Very happy with the walker. It came mostly assembled and the handles were very easy to attach. It folds easily to put in the car. It is about the only walker with a 24inch high seat which is important for a tall man. Very satisfied.
