Dolomite Legacy Rollator Walker

Reliable and durable describe the Legacy. Dolomite's design incorporates a flip up seat for greater reach and gait training. Legacy comes in 3 seat/frame heights: Super Low seat height 19", Low seat height 22", Standard seat height 24" and two colors, Metallic Blue and Candy Apple Red. The large 8" wheels are for indoor or outdoor use. The DABS patented braking system is easy to use for direct braking or parking. Legacy is currently being used by many of our nation's veterans.

I chose this walker for my 86 yr. old mother because it weighed less than most others I saw, and the wheels are larger for walking outdoors, which she likes to do.  It cost more than many others, too, but the walker is sturdy and very smooth rolling.  It was delivered in excellent condition and was very easy to set up.  I had to communicate several times with Wendy's Walkers because of manufacturer delays, but Wendy's always responded.  The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are 1) the walker folds up easily but there is no lock to keep it closed.  2) it's kind of hard to tell when the seat clicks down into the locking position.  3)  curb climber attachment would be very useful as a standard item, so for now it's awkward to get over the curb.

I am very tough on this roller. Over time I have gone through 3-4, all purchased at Wendy's Walker. I prefer the Legacy 600 for indoor use only. The width allows me clearance through my narrow doorways. Eventually the seat metal bracing where the plastic seat firms up with the frame begins to crimp, then causing the frame to buckle becoming unusable. This is from 'hard sit' repetitions. Still, this one is my preferred indoor option. Each Legacy 600 lasts me about 1-2 years. Simple to none assembly. Great doing business with Wendy's. Be well.

I live in Minnesota and no one in the state carries the Dolomite rollators. Great walker. Great price. Great service. And very happy with delivery time. Highly reccomend Wendy's walkers.
