This chair has outlasted many others. It's previous owner tossed it out. I recovered it. It was old, and worn out, but still very functional. Later I got an injury that put me in a wheelchair. My doctor was going to order me a wheelchair until I told her I had one already that was comfy. It just needed minor repairs. So my insurance covered the repair costs and a year later I am still using it. I like how it "glides" across most surfaces. The solid rubber tires cushion most the impacts from bumpy roads. It's fast, light, easy to transport. Most of all I love its compact size.
