To whom it may concern: Thank you for prompt shipment and good condition of the Nova Star HD Rollator that I ordered on 1/11/2023. The order arrived a couple of days later (quick !) and was in good working order; it assembled easily and met or exceeded my expectations as to apparent specifications and quality.
   I thought I should give you a heads up on one item: the box was well packed and contained all the parts, but had no owner's manual / instructions included. This caused me no major problem, as the assembly was pretty straightforward. I also went to the Nova website and downloaded the manual easily.
   I wanted to point out the missing manual as other customers buying this model might have complaints about it-- thought you should know.
  Thanks-- I will certainly go to Wendy's Walkers again when I have mobility needs !
