I love my new recliner and was very pleased with the service. The White Glove option was very helpful. I was used to a manual recliner and really like the ease of operation. There are some disappointments: This unit does not swivel or rock, which were nice features on the manual one. I knew that this chair would not recline to full lying position, so I cant complain, but I had hoped that the feet could be raised more. I have to add a cushion to the footrest. There is much to consider when making this kind of purchase, so I hope this information will be helpful to others.
