I drag my rollator in and out of the car multiple times per week. Sometimes, it lands on the latch, so the latch breaks and I need a new one.

this is the second order i have received from you and the part was exactly right.  the only thing missing is instructions and there is no place i know of to have anything fixed on these walkers.  however i would not want a different one.
