Having cracked the seat on my Nova walker, I was ready to put it out to the curb.  Searching the internet, I found your company that sold replacement parts.  I ordered a new seat.  It came in a couple of days and my husband had no trouble taking off the old seat and installing the new.  Thank you for 'saving' this walker.
