This is an exact part from the manufacturer. I couldn't find this part anywhere until I found Wendy's. So much better to only pay for the part and not an expensive service call. Went from box to chair in about 5 minutes. The only tool required is an allen wrench.

If they don't have it - Wendy's Walkers will find it for you! Had to find replacement part for a Dolomite Basic walker - Wendy's got it for me. Had to find a screw for a brake part on a transport chair; couldn't find the screw but did find me a replacement brake part. Nice company to work with!!
